Kalandarov Law PLLC is a boutique immigration law firm based in Aventura, Florida. At Kalandarov Law, we focus exclusively on immigration law with the aim of providing high quality services and achieving real results for our clients in South Florida and nationwide. The firm is represented by Mr. Arslanbek (Arslan) Kalandarov, Esq. who is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.

As an immigrant himself, Mr. Kalandarov understands that immigration is a deeply personal matter which requires a comprehensive approach to navigate through the complexities of this legal area. ARSLAN KALANDAROV

Arslanbek Kalandarov is an attorney who focuses exclusively on immigration law.

Mr. Kalandarov works with immigration clients in Miami, Florida and provides his services nationwide as well.

He is a an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), AILA South Florida Chapter, Broward County Bar Association, as well as Miami-Dade County Bar Associations.  Mr. Kalandarov has dedicated his career to resolving the issues immigrants face in the United States and he proudly advocates for making the American Dream a reality for those who are pursuing it.

While studying at Florida State University College of Law, Mr. Kalandarov was a member of the International Law Students Association, American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and FSU Law Moot Court Team. He became a semifinalist in the Florida Bar Robert Orseck Moot Court Competition. During law school, Mr. Kalandarov also participated in a pro bono legal aid project to assist migrant workers in Immokalee, Florida. 

Mr. Kalandarov holds a Masters of Law (LLM) Degree from Florida State University College of Law. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Law from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

SCOTT LEVINE - OF COUNSEL

Mr. Levine is an Of-Counsel at Kalandarov Law, PLLC. Mr. Levine’s practice areas include: business and commercial litigation, criminal defense, family law, contract disputes, and personal injury litigation. He possesses extensive trial experience, having focused predominantly on family law for the last ten years. Mr. Levine is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.

Mr. Levine graduated magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1996 in the top eight percent of his class.

Mr. Levine is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Florida and the Federal District Court of the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Levine is a member of the following Florida Bar Family Law Section Committees: Rules and Forms Committee; Children’s Issues Committee; Equitable Distribution Committee; and Support Issues Committee.
